Whirlwind Option
At the team match-up screen rotate your joystick in a clockwise 360° motion untill the game begins. You will now have the whirlwind option for the entire game.
Super Dunks
At the versus screen press Down, Up for about 5 to 10 seconds.
Hidden Teams
At the title screen, press Left, Up, B, Down, Up, Right, C.
